2. Purpose
This legal notice governs access to and use of the website younomad.es and its associated application (the Site). Accessing the Site makes you a user and implies acceptance of these terms from the moment of access.
Through the Site, YouNomad provides information about its Spanish immigration case-handling services and allows you to contract them. The conditions of that contract are set out in the Terms and conditions.
3. Terms of use
You undertake to use the Site diligently and, in particular, not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes or in bad faith.
- Upload or distribute content that infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to access restricted areas, other people's accounts or other users' data.
- Take any action that damages, overloads or disrupts the normal operation of the Site.
- Impersonate another person or provide false details when registering.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The contents of the Site — text, images, trade marks, design, source code and structure — belong to YOU NOMAD, S.L. or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without the owner's express written authorisation is prohibited.
5. Nature of the information published
The information published on the Site about requirements, timelines and documentation for immigration procedures is for information only and may change through legislative amendments or the authorities' own criteria. It does not constitute legal advice and creates no professional relationship.
Advice and case handling are provided solely within a contracted service, by the registered professionals identified in section 1.
6. Exclusion of liability
YouNomad does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site or the absence of errors, although it will take reasonable steps to prevent and correct them. It is not liable for damage arising from improper use of the Site by the user, nor for the contents of linked third-party sites.
7. Links
The Site may include links to third-party pages — for example, official government portals. YouNomad does not control those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, policies or availability.
8. Data protection and cookies

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile where the user has consumer status, without prejudice to any mandatory jurisdiction rules.
