What to know before you pay
Only the 99 € eligibility review is charged. The rest is not taken, not held and not pre-authorised until a professional confirms you qualify.
Stripe processes the card. YouNomad never sees or stores the number at any point.
Your case is handled by a registered lawyer or case manager. You see who they are and talk to them from your dashboard.
The figure you see is the figure charged, VAT included. Official government fees, where they apply, are separate and paid to the authority.
Exactly what happens to your 99 €
It is not a holding fee or a down payment: it is the price of the eligibility review. A professional studies your case and gives you a reasoned answer. That work is the same either way it turns out.
The 99 € comes off the package price in full. You pay the difference and nothing else.
Nothing further is charged. You get the reasoning in writing, along with what would have to change for a future application, and your case manager stays in the chat to go through it with you.
The 99 € pays for the review, not for the outcome: it covers the professional's work studying your case, whichever way the answer goes.
Your documents
- Uploaded encrypted and kept in private storage, not a public folder.
- Only the professional assigned to your case can open them. Not other clients, not other case managers.
- Every access and every change is logged.
- You can ask for them to be deleted at any time by writing to privacidad@younomad.es.
