Terms and conditions
Last updated: 14 September 2026
Conditions applicable to contracting services through younomad.es, in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users) and Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).
1. Parties
These conditions govern the relationship between YOU NOMAD, S.L., tax ID B24909160, registered at Paseo de la Dirección, 169, piso 11, puerta 1112, 28029 Madrid (España) (hereinafter YouNomad), and the person contracting a service through the Site (hereinafter the Client).
By completing the contracting process, the Client declares that they are of legal age, have legal capacity to contract, and have read and accepted these conditions.
2. Subject and scope of the service
YouNomad provides a case management and filing service for the immigration procedure contracted, which includes:
- Review of the documentation provided by the Client and notice of anything missing or needing correction.
- Assignment of a registered professional responsible for the case.
- Preparation and submission of the application to the competent authority.
- Follow-up of the case and communication of its status through the platform.
The following fall outside the service, unless expressly agreed: official administrative fees, sworn translations, legalisations or apostilles, travel, health insurance and representation in judicial appeal proceedings.
YouNomad undertakes an obligation of means, not of result. Granting or refusing the visa or authorisation is a matter exclusively for the Spanish authorities. We do not guarantee a favourable outcome or a decision deadline, both of which depend on the competent body.
3. Contracting process
- The Client selects the procedure and creates an account on the platform.
- Before paying, the total price is shown, including taxes and a breakdown of any additional charge.
- Payment is made through Stripe's secure gateway. YouNomad never sees your full card details.
- Once payment is confirmed, a confirmation email is sent and document upload is enabled.
- The case is assigned to a professional, whose details appear on the case record.
The language of the contract is English. A Spanish translation of these conditions is available at /es/legal/terminos for convenience; where the two differ, this English version prevails.
4. Prices, taxes and invoicing
Published prices are stated in euros and include VAT at the applicable rate. The figure shown before you pay is the total amount charged; nothing is added afterwards. An invoice with the taxable base and the VAT itemised separately is available to download from your case as soon as a payment is made.
Official administrative fees, where they exist, are separate from the service price and are paid by the Client.
5. Client obligations
- Provide truthful, complete and current information and documentation.
- Provide documentation within the stated deadlines; delays attributable to the Client are not YouNomad's responsibility.
- Report any relevant change in their personal or administrative situation.
- Safeguard their access credentials and not share them with third parties.
Providing false or incomplete documentation may lead to refusal of the procedure and entitles YouNomad to terminate the contract with no right to a refund.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason and without penalty (articles 102 et seq. of RLD 1/2007).
To exercise it, simply tell us by any unambiguous means, for example by writing to info@younomad.es. You may use the official withdrawal form, though it is not compulsory. We will acknowledge receipt without delay.
Early start of the service. The eligibility review begins as soon as a professional takes your case, which is normally well within those 14 days — that is the point of the service. When you contract, you are asked expressly and separately to confirm that you want it to start immediately. If you give that confirmation and the review is completed within the 14 days, you lose your right of withdrawal for that review, in accordance with article 103.a) of RLD 1/2007. If you withdraw after it has begun but before it is finished, you pay only the proportionate part of what was done.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment, no later than 14 calendar days from receipt of your notice.
7. What happens to the 99 € once the review is done
The 99 € you pay when contracting a package is not an advance on the price: it is the price of the eligibility review itself. A registered professional studies your circumstances and gives you a reasoned answer. That work is the same amount of work whichever way the answer comes out.
- If you are eligible: the 99 € is deducted in full from the package price. You pay the difference and nothing more.
- If you are not eligible: nothing further is charged. The 99 € is not returned and does not convert into credit: the review you paid for was carried out and its conclusion delivered to you in writing, which is what the fee covers.
If the review has not started yet — no professional has taken your case — you may cancel and the 99 € is returned in full, by the same means of payment, within 14 calendar days. Nothing has been performed, so there is nothing to retain.
Beyond that, YouNomad does not issue refunds and does not convert paid amounts into credit. Sums already paid on a package that is under way are settled against the work performed, itemised in writing on request.
8. Liability
YouNomad is liable for direct damage caused by negligent breach of its obligations. It is not liable for refusal of the procedure by the authorities, for legislative changes, for delays by public bodies, or for inaccurate information supplied by the Client.
Nothing in these conditions limits the rights that consumer law grants the Client on a mandatory basis.
9. Professionals involved
Advisory and representation services are provided by registered lawyers or gestores administrativos. The professional registration details of the assigned professional are provided on the case record and in the Legal notice.
10. Usage measurement
We measure how the public website is used — pages viewed, elements clicked — in order to improve the service. Unless you accept measurement cookies this runs without storing anything on your device and without any identifier that survives the tab, so it produces counts rather than a record of you. It is never applied inside your client area. Detail in the Cookie policy.
11. Data protection
The processing of the Client's personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
12. Complaints and dispute resolution
You may address any complaint to info@younomad.es. We undertake to reply within a maximum of one month.
Under Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European online dispute resolution platform is available to you: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. [TODO: state whether the company adheres to any consumer arbitration scheme.]
13. Amendments and governing law
YouNomad may amend these conditions; those applicable to each contract are the ones in force at the time it is entered into.
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Where the Client is a consumer, the courts of their domicile have jurisdiction.
